Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in cases where the product is proven to be damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Replacements
- In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no extra cost.
